Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Idle Heralds you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. One Account Per Person

You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage, transfer resources to yourself, or evade a ban is prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all involved accounts.

3. Fair Play

You may not use bots, scripts, or any automated means to play the game. You may not exploit bugs for personal gain — report them instead. Exploiting a known bug is grounds for account termination.

4. Content Standards

Sprite art you upload must be your own work or openly licensed (CC0 / CC-BY). Sprites containing explicit, hateful, or illegal content will be rejected and may result in account action. You grant us a licence to display your uploaded art within the game.

5. Community Conduct

Treat other players with respect in chat, the forum, and direct messages. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and impersonation of staff are prohibited. Violations may result in muting or banning.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed via the Monero network. All payments are final — we do not issue refunds once a subscription has been confirmed on-chain. Subscription benefits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms. Banned accounts forfeit all in-game assets. There is no refund for unused subscription time on banned accounts.

8. Service Availability

We make no guarantee of uptime. The game may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress caused by downtime.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
